About Beauport Condos
Beauport Court is a twenty-four unit condominium development located on Bell Channel in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Within a short walking distance to numerous beaches, shops, restaurants and other ammenities, Beauport provides an ideal location to enjoy island life.
This website is provided by the Board of Management as a service to the Owners of units in Beauport Court. Questions or comments regarding this website should be directed to the Board.
Beauport Digital Resources
Beauport maintains a Google Drive repository housing documents useful to the Owners. This repository includes digital copies of The Law of Property and Conveyancing (Condominium Act), the Beauport Court Declaration, bylaws, AGM minutes, board minutes, a log of board motions made via email, the Register of Owners, and other useful documents. Access to this repository is intended primarilly for Owners and is restricted by Board approval. A Google account is required to gain access (such as a free Gmail account).
Contact
Beauport maintains several email addresses for contacting certain groups within the Beauport community. While the Board of Management's email address is publicly published, the others are available upon request and approval by the Board.
